This collection houses conference planning materials and handouts, meeting minutes, publications, and other items documenting the Southeastern College Art Conference from 1930 to 2014. The collections is arranged into five series:

Series I: SECAC Conference Files, 1942-2013 houses planning materials, financial reports, correspondence, registration forms, and attendee handouts.

Series II: Planning Files, 1930- 2001 contains planning meeting notes, correspondence, conference programs, Board of Directors meeting minutes, and copies of the SECAC Review.

Series III: Board Meeting Minutes, 1942-2013 consists of typed and handwritten minutes, financial reports, and exhibit committee minutes.

Series IV: Newsletters and Publications, 1959-2014 contains copies of the SECAC Review and newsletters.

Series V: Oversized Materials, 1950-1993 contains all oversized material.
