Biographical/Historical Note
Frank L. Kersnowski was born in Pennsylvania on October 15, 1907. His parents were Polish immigrants. He was a soldier in the U.S. Army. During World War II, he was a Staff Sergeant in the Army at a military hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was married to Nell Kersnowski. He died on May 24, 1964, and is buried in Kingsport,TN.
